About Us

In 2000 I stepped on my first cutting horse. That was all it took. One ride and I was hooked. Being an avid horse lover from a very early age I had tried it all; English, Western, and speed events but nothing compared to the thrill of riding a cutting horse.

Having good quality horses is vital in this sport. I was one of the lucky ones. I started with an amazing horse. Brigapep won the Non Pro Futurity in 1995 and finished third in the NCHA Open Futurity. He was trained, owned, and shown by the famous father and son team of Ronnie and Tag Rice. Brigapep now has earnings in excess of $330,000.00 and is still ranked as one of the NCHA all time money earners.

In 2002 I purchased my first aged event horse and again I struck gold. High Style Travalin racked up an impressive win record and was the first horse from the West Coast to qualify for the Western Horsemen’s Cup in Augusta, Georgia. There she competed against the top 4 year olds in the nation and made the West Coast proud. She has now earned in excess of $225,000.00 and is the top money earning Travalena of all time.

These 2 horses combined in 2005 for my World Championship win in the NCHA $50,000.00 Amateur Division. High Style Travalin is still a top competitor and teamed up with Little Dirty dancer for the 2008 PCCHA Non Pro Year End Champion title. There is no doubt the bar has been set high and my mission since has been to breed and raise the same high quality cutting horses for the future.
